PURPOSE: To inform California dealerships about the latest California Air Resources Board (CARB) approvals. Vehicles Affected 2017-2022: Milwaukee-Eight CVO and Touring models. CARB has approved the following products to be sold under Executive Order D- 338-121 for 2017-2022 Harley-Davidson Touring and CVO models listed in PAB1153.
