Global Telematics Box Module Over The Air Update from R5N & R5R1 to R5T TBM2.H Software Version (FOTA) Customers may experience one or more of the following: - Error display of "Uconnect Box Requires Service/Wifi Unavailable" popups; [ TBM DTC B22A9-96 Internal Performance Failure ]. - Error display of "Uconnect Box Requires Service" popups; [ TBM DTCs B1560, B1561, B1562 - Antenna loose connection ]. - TBM sleep mode not working causing battery drain in some cases. This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with a Global Telematics Box Module (TBM) (Sales Code RDG)
