THIS SB NOTIFIES THE TECHNICIANS TO ENSURE THE TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE STEERING EXTENSION HAVE BEEN COMPLIED WITH AT THE FACTORY. THIS WILL BRING THE VAN INTO CONFORMANCE WITH VMI UPDATED PROCESSES
