Bulletin Summary
Owner Notification Letter - On February 22, 2022, the 3G network will no longer support the in-vehicle services that previously were supported for your vehicle. The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) in your vehicle must be updated using the Over the Air (OTA) update to connect to the VoLTE network to continue communications. Honda strongly recommends updating your vehicle as soon as possible. After February 22, 2022, restoring services will require a customer pay TCU replacement performed by a service technician at an authorized dealer.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
