"2004-2014 ARMADA; POWER BACK DOOR INOPERATIVE AND BOLT ON POWER BACK DOOR OPENER LOOSE IF YOU CONFIRM -THE POWER BACK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN OR CLOSE WHEN USING ANY POWER OPEN/CLOSE SWITCH. AND -THE LINKAGE FOR POWER BACK DOOR HAS A LOOSE OR MISSING HEX BOLT (FIGURE 1). ACTION 1. REPLACE THE BOLT SHOWN IN FIGURE 1 WITH A NEW BOLT FROM THE PARTS INFORMATION. -DO NOT REUSE THE OLD BOLT. -CLEAN THE THREADS IN THE LINKAGE BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW BOLT. -INSTALL THE NEW BOLT AND TORQUE TO 7 NM (0.7 KG-M, 62 IN-LB.). NOTE: REFER TO THE ELECTRONIC SERVICE MANUAL (ESM), SECTION DLK DOOR & LOCK TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE POWER BACK DOOR LINKAGE BOLT."
