N192264430 - Customer Satisfaction Program. Certain vehicles, equipped with a 100-gallon fuel tank (RPO NNB), may have a condition in which the 100-gallon fuel tank mounting straps may not be tight enough to hold the fuel tank firmly in place. In this condition, the fuel tank may move relative to the mounting brackets during vehicle operation. The 100-gallon fuel tank is not at risk of detaching from the vehicle as a result of this condition. Dealers will re-torque the fuel tank straps to a higher specification to ensure the fuel tank does not move during vehicle operation.
