SERVICE BULLETIN M1717: 2023-2025 CENTER-COOLED TOURING BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) UPDATE. PURPOSE: Initial Release. This bulletin informs dealers that there is a Body Control Module (BCM) update available for 2023-2025 Center-Cooled Touring models that contains reconfigured turn signal auto cancellation software. This update is only required in cases where there is a customer request related to the duration of turn signal auto cancellation, as certain rider movement by select riders can influence the turn signal cancellation duration. • This update will be available in Digital Technician II (DT II) software version (26.2.1) or later. • This update is to provide updated software for extending the duration of turn signal auto cancellation. Updated Software Version: • CALIBRATION: 16.5.43.2 • SOFTWARE: 16.5.11.2.
