SERVICE BULLETIN M1706: 2025 SOFTAIL INSTRUMENT MODULE UPDATE. PURPOSE: Initial Release. This bulletin informs dealers that there is an update available for the 2025 Softail Instrument Module (IM). This update is intended to address two symptoms: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U014000 populating with no actual fault present, RPM display flashing. The update is available in Digital Technician II (DT II) version 26.0.1 or later.
