SERVICE BULLETIN M1695: PAN AMERICA BCM AND ECM UPDATE. PURPOSE: Initial Release. Purpose for Service Bulletin. This bulletin informs dealers that there is a Body Control Module (BCM) and Electronic Control Module (ECM) update available for 2021- 2023 RA1250 and RA1250S on Digital Technician II (DT II). Also an ECM update is available for the 2024 RA1250, RA1250S and RA1250SE on DT II. The update improves engine function by addressing a condition that causes stalling after a cold start.
