SERVICE BULLETIN M1688: 2025 CVO PAN AMERICA TOOL KIT SUBSTITUTION. PURPOSE: Initial release. This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson will have a certain number of 2025 CVO Pan America (RA1250SE) models built with an alternative tool kit. This tool kit is an approved substitution and no action should be taken to replace the alternate tool kit with the original part number. Refer to Table 3 - Part Numbers. Vehicles affected 2025: CVO Pan America (RA1250SE) Built after May 12, 2025.
