SERVICE BULLETIN M1645: ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE (ECM) UPDATE TO ADDRESS: ENGINE IDLE TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EITMS) NOT FUNCTIONING. PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers that there is an Electronic Control Module (ECM) update available for the 2024 Street Glide (FLHX) and Road Glide (FLTRX). This update is to address an issue that the Engine Idle Temperature Management System (EITMS) can be turned ON but does not function as expected. After the ECM update is completed the EITMS feature will work as intended.
