SERVICE BULLETIN M1587 (REV A): SHOCK TO SEAT BRACKET HARDWARE INSPECTION. PURPOSE: Revision. 5/4/2023 Initial Release, 5/16/23 Updated: Credit Procedure. This bulletin informs dealers to inspect for correct hardware on the Shock-to-Seat Support Bracket. On some vehicles that were built prior to April 28, 2023: ⢠May have used Acorn Nuts in place of Flange Nuts (Part No. 7499) to secure the assembly ⢠Used an Extra Washer under the correct Flange Nut (Part No. 7499) to secure the assembly. The extra washer is not required.
