Recommissioning the RAMSES control unit may rectify the problem. If the problem is still present after the recommissioning, then the RAMSES control unit must be replaced. In this case, please create a TIPS case and forward it to HQ. The part is required for analysis. Information on the return delivery of the module will be communicated via TIPS case.
