Complaint A metallic buzzing/background noise in the door whenever the sound system is active may be heard. Cause The cause could be the window lifter cable. It is possible that this cable vibrates at low frequencies and strikes the window lifter frame intermittently. Remedy Replace window lifter frame at door subject to complaint of a metallic background noise.
