Complaint Vehicle not AC charging. Check engine light on. PTCU/N127 with fault code P0D9100 "The lock for the charging cable has an open circuit". Cause Possible Hardware and/or Software. Investigation is ongoing. Remedy Please open TIPS case. TIPS case: Needed customer feedback: When did the complaint/IC message occur? While driving and/or charging? If the complaint occurred while charging, how long after did the complaint/IC message occur? Attach HV CUL and QT to the case Attach picture of label of AC charger to the case Attach screenshot of AV AC charger Provide the results of the test below. Test: Verify AC charging Erase fault codes and verify if fault code P0D9100 “The lock for the charging cable has an open circuit” returns Check AV of AC charger Test with different charging station
