HV battery is not charging to its full capacity with restricted maximum SoC Complaint The vehicle's HV battery is not charging to its full capacity, with the maximum State of Charge (SoC) being restricted to a specific percentage. Cause The State of Charge (SoC) percentage limitation might be influenced by the Onboard Logic Unit (OLU), MBUX Headunit, or the Powertrain Control Unit (PTCU). Remedy If the Onboard Logic Unit (OLU) and MBUX Headunit do not impose a SoC percentage limitation, then proceed with the SCN coding of the Powertrain Control Unit (PTCU).
