PURPOSE: This bulletin informs that this procedure should be followed when troubleshooting or updating Telematic Control Unit (TCU) software when version 4.0.6 or earlier is installed in the module. This procedure improves the likelihood of gaining and maintaining TCU connectivity, and reduces the need to replace the module. Initial Release: 2024-08-29.
