TSB: Some 2013 ? 2014 model year ES 300h vehicles equipped with 2AR-FXE engines may exhibit a MIL "ON" condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0011 (Camshaft Position "A" - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance). The Engine Control Module/ECM (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring.
