In the event of a backorder of A/C compressor PN 4158126C1, it may be necessary to use a 2017 X15 A/C compressor PN 3863068C4 on a 2021 X15 engine. This document will guide the user through modifying the 2017 X15 A/C compressor to be used on a 2021 X15 engine. The 2017 Cummins X15 engine uses a compressor that is physically identical to the 2021 Cummins X15 engine compressor, with the exception of the electrical connector.
