This document will guide the user through inspecting the shark fin antenna cable for rubbing/chafing at the mounting hardware. In some cases, cable damage has been seen where the antenna cables pass over the mounting hardware. This cable damage can cause the fault codes listed below, intermittent operation of the predictive cruise control, and issues with OCC report uploading.
