This Tech Tip pertains to 2012 NE8J, NJ8J, NV8J Models that have ECU software 89663-E2B40A or 89663-E2B50A. Some engines may erroneously record P2457 DTC in ECU. This fault condition is due to ECU software misdetection of EGR cooler efficiency.
