17027 01 - Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain vehicles, may have been built without Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) though it was indicated the vehicle is equipped with this option. Dealers are to install the remote keyless entry receiver, and provide the customer with two remote keyless entry transmitters. This bulletin is being revised to update the service procedure to include enabling remote keyless entry during BCM setup.
