Bulletin Summary

New instrument cluster calibration update Dear Dealer / Service Centre / Authorized Workshop, as part of the continuous process of researching, monitoring and improving the technical solutions used by the models in question, we are pleased to announce the availability of a new instrument cluster calibration update that optimises the front radar alarm timing (in the versions where available), resolves the possible fixed lighting of the heated grips icon (in the versions where available) and introduces the management of the Adaptive Cruise function (in the versions where available). We remind you that the P.A.D.S. must be updated to the latest release, which happens automatically every 2 hours if connected to a data network. The operation referred to above is to be included in the normal maintenance activities to be carried out at the same time as the pre-delivery, during the activities scheduled for services, or on the first convenient passage in the Workshop for vehicles in circulation. We would also like to remind you that no instrument cluster replacement warranties will be accepted for situations resolved by this software. In the event of any other problems, the P.A.D.S. screen showing the software version of the instrument cluster itself must be attached to the warranty claim. About Technical Service Bulletins

A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
