Bulletin Summary
Due to part number reduction, when replacing the turbocharger on MACK LEU and MRU vehicles with MP7 and MP8 engines the turbocharger compressor housing must be reoriented to align with the charge air cooler pipe flange. Also, for MP7 engine serial numberless than 573627, oil drain line (part number 22097764) and coolant return line (part number 20951827) must be installed. Refer to Function Group 255 for service information.
