ENGINE FUEL FILTERS (PART NUMBER 21380521) WITH WEEK NUMBER DATE CODES 15_33 (AUGUST 10, 2015) THROUGH 15_39 (SEPTEMBER 27, 2015) SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED ON AN ENGINE WITHOUT FIRST BEING INSPECTED. THE WEEK NUMBER DATE CODE IS MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FILTER, THE NUMBER ON TOP IS THE YEAR AND THE NUMBER BELOW IDENTIFIES THE WEEK. DUE TO A MANUFACTURING ISSUE, FUEL DOES NOT FLOW THROUGH THE FILTER WHICH RESULTS IN A NO-START/RUN CONDITION IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALLATION.
