THIS FIELD SERVICE BULLETIN APPLIES TO ALL LOW FLOOR BUSES WITH A CUMMINS ISL ENGINE. IT ADVISES REPLACEMENT OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM FLEX PIPE. DETAILS ARE PROVIDED REGARDING THE UPCOMING DELIVERY OF A REPLACEMENT PART, ALIGNMENT TOOL, PRINT, AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE FOR EACH BUS AT NO CHARGE, AS WELL AS DETAILS FOR FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM.
