Bulletin Summary
Engineering request for investigation - American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2009-2015 Pilots with a customer reporting a window run channel deformation. The deformation can cause a squeak, rattle or wind noise and cause the window not to auto close or reverse completely. To fully understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect specific information from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
