PACCAR MX Engine Model Year 2021B Engine Fuel Injector Connectors Not Seated Campaign - Certain Model Year 2022 chassis equipped with an Engine Model Year 2021B PACCAR MX-11 or MX-13 engine may experience partially seated fuel injector electrical connectors. This will result in an intermittent connection between the engine controller (PCI-2) and the affected injectors, resulting in injector and/or misfire fault codes. Injector connectors will be inspected and reseated. The expiration date of this campaign has been extended from 07/01/2023 to 01/01/2024.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
