Bulletin Summary
The purpose of this owner notification letter is to inform certain retail owners and certain REV dealers with stock units about a notification letter from Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) regarding a field campaign which affects their vehicle(s). According to the notification letter received from DTNA regarding this campaign, * According to DTNA, ?On certain vehicles, the instrument panel display may experience a non-driver initiated start or "boot" sequence whereby the instrument display flashes and activates the audible warning chimes.? Repairs must be performed by an authorized Daimler Trucks North America dealer. NOTE: All warranty administration will be conducted by DTNA. DTNA will provide the dealer service bulletin to DTNA dealers. REV Recreation Group's only involvement with this campagin was to forward DTNA's notification letter to the affected dealers and owner whose chassis VIN number matches one of the chassis VIN numbers on the letter.
