CALL TASK CT0009: BBB - Right Side Saddlebag Faceplate Check. Purpose: Request to inspect right side saddlebag faceplate for a possible lower torque value than what is required. The torque tool in station was set to 10-20 in.-lbs. Torque specification should have been 45-50 in. Check for a loose plate to avoid a possible customer dissatisfied in the future.
