Due to a software error, affected vehicles may experience elevated tailpipe emissions when driven in Sport Mode. Additionally, under certain conditions, affected vehicles may also store non-erasable, On-Board Diagnostic fault code(s) that cannot be cleared following specific repairs. If this happens, the vehicle may not pass a state emissions inspection.
