Bulletin Summary
Customer Advisory Letter for Threaded Pin and Bushing. Western Star Trucks built in 2020 with threaded pins and bushings have been found with loose shackles on the rear of the steering axle suspension. The pins are seizing from lack of lube causing the shackle to rotate on the pin.
