RATTLING NOISE FROM THE FRONT HEADREST: A rattling noise can be heard coming from the front seat headrest. This noise is only heard from headrests on vehicles equipped with the optional Executive Lounge Seating SA (Option Code) 04F4. Excessive movement between the headrest's internal rod and sleeve.
