Service Bulletin - Vehicle-Wide Programming (VWP), also known as SPS3-VWP, is a feature within Techline Connect (TLC) to update all applicable control module software at the same time. When initiated, all applicable updates are done in parallel, instead of the conventional individual control module update. Customers may have complaints or concerns that may get resolved by doing this software update.
