Fuel Tank Non-Return Valve Faults with SES Light: This Service Information Bulletin (Revision 4) replaces SI B16 07 15 dated December 2016. Check Engine Light (MIL) is illuminated and the following faults are stored in the digital motor electronics (DME): Fault code Control module Fault code text 191A94 DME Fuel tank non-return valve: clamped shut And/Or: 191A93 DME Fuel tank non-return valve: clamped open Software error.
