Does the front seat-back creak or squeak when you move around in the seat or get in or out of the vehicle? Whats likely causing it is the seat-back fabric rubbing against the foam pad underneath. This noise only happens when the seat gets hot (the seat temperature is over 104° F). Were aware of this concern and were currently working on a solution, so, at this time, theres no product improvement available. Until there is, dont try replacing the seat frame or the seat-back pad. You wont get rid of this noise and you just might wind up with a come-back. Be sure to pass this info along to the service advisor so he or she can inform your customer of the situation.
