Service Bulletin - Honda is launching a PRODUCT UPDATE CAMPAIGN on CERTAIN 2021 ADV150 motor scooters to supply the EM Coupler that is missing from the tool kit. The EM Coupler can be used to unlock the ignition and start the motor scooter, in case the Smart Key is lost or inoperable.
