Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain vehicles may have a condition where the vehicle?s Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) was reprogrammed during service with the incorrect software. If this issue is present, the driver may experience unintended stability control activation. The Electronic Stability Control (ESC) light will illuminate on the dash to indicate that ESC has been activated. Dealers are to reprogram the electronic brake control module.
