MIL is on due to One of the following DTCs for air-fuel ratio imbalance is stored in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 01): DTC P219C00 (stored in cylinder 1), DTC P219D00 (stored in cylinder 2), DTC P219E00 (stored in cylinder 3), DTC P219F00 (stored in cylinder 4), DTC P21A000 (stored in cylinder 5), DTC P21A100 (stored in cylinder 6). An incorrect software setting causes the DTC to be stored. TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions will be necessary to complete this procedure.
