This procedure must be carried out at the first available opportunity: during the pre-delivery procedure, alongside the other maintenance activities required during scheduled services or when the customer brings the vehicle to the service centre for any other reason. The software update resolves the issue in which the clock resets (to 00:00) when the vehicle is started in low battery voltage state. You ale also kindly requested to update the software on any spare instrument clusters in your stock when installing them on vehicles.
