"CLUSTER Instrument Panel Multiple cluster issues if misdiagnosed can lead to unnecessary IPC replacement. Tech Tip: Reset the IPC module first before any steps are taken to replace the module are undertaken. Connect Witech to the vehicle. Reset all DTCs and check for active DTCs warnings set against IPC. If battery low indicated against IPC, reset the module via WiTech tool. NOTE: After Battery Drainage, the IPC may not function correctly. Please follow the following steps before considering an IPC replacement: 1) Charge the Battery Ensure the battery is fully charged. 2) Soft Reset Perform a soft reset on the IPC. 3) Power-Up Issue 4) If the IPC does not power up, proceed with the following steps: a. Disconnect the battery. b. Reconnect the battery. 5) If condition still exists, consider IPC replacement."
