On certain Equus vehicles the Blue Link remote services for door lock/unlock function is inoperative. The user is not able to lock or unlock the vehicle using Blue Link App or web portal. This bulletin provides the procedure to replace the DDM (Driver Door Module) and ADM (Assisted Door Module) to correct the condition.
