Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) control unit cannot be coded. Customer statement / workshop findings: The Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) control unit cannot be coded when using a diagnostic machine with Windows 10 in conjunction with a VAS 6154 dongle. Technical background: Should Windows 7 and/or VAS 5054 no longer be available the retailer must conduct the following: - Raise a technical DISS query stating the EPB control unit cannot be coded as access to a diagnostic machine with Windows 7 and a VAS 5054 dongle is no longer possible - Await a response via DISS regarding all applicable next steps. Do Not raise a DISS if the operative has access to a diagnostic tester with Windows 7 and a VAS 5054 dongle as the EPB control unit can be coded by the operative without raising a DISS query.
