Continental GT - Continental Flying Spur - Replacement engine identification Customer statement / workshop findings: Should an engine be required for a Continental GT or Continental Flying Spur and the model year of the vehicle is 2004 to 2006, Bentley Motors supplies replacement engines which have been specifically manufactured as a direct replacement for the original specification engine. The replacement engine is based on a 2012 model year engine. IMPORTANT: This TPI only applies to 2004 to 2006 Continental GT and Continental Flying Spur vehicles fitted with a 2012 M/Y replacement engine, No other model years or engine types are affected. Other replacement parts unless mentioned within this TPI are not affected Technical background: The Measure section highlights the following key points: Section 1 - How to identify if a replacement engine is fitted Section 2 Details the parts which are different from the original specification 2004 to 2006 model year engine Section 3 How to manually populate and navigate to the applicable screen in Elsa Pro and ETKA without using the actual VIN, this ensures the correct parts are received for a 2012 engine
