This technical bulletin provides a procedure to lift your foot off the accelerator (1 second) then reapply it, the vehicle may become learned and the TCS will disengage thus changing vehicle back to full power and no TCS applied in non-slip condition for the remainder of the key-cycle to correct a condition of redusced power mode, ABS system, and/or traction control system engaged after spare tire installed
