Some 2016 F-Super Duty 650/750 vehicles built on or before 3/9/2016 and equipped with 6.7L diesel engines may exhibit a runs rough condition during PTO operation, split-shaft PTO mode. Illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0263, P0266, P0269, P0272, P0275, P0278, P0281 and/or P0284.
