Bulletin Summary
Information: Due to an incorrect parameter set for both control units for PDCC, the PASM control unit can detect non-existent swaying of the chassis under certain driving conditions. As a result, the PDCC system is deactivated and the chassis is switched to Sportmode. If this happens, the yellow warning message "Chassis system fault - Visit workshop, Adapted driving permitted" will be displayed in the instrument cluster and the vehicle then permanently behaves like a chassis in Sport mode. Remedial Action: Re-program control units for PDCC using the PIWIS Tester with software version 36.000 (or higher) installed.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
