Bulletin Summary
Customer came to use regarding frame failure. We explained to customer that the warranty is for 3 years and this trailer is well used. He is part of a franchisee and states that the other franchisees are having same issues and wants us to discuss with him. We did have a previous technical bulletin for their trailers back in 2010 which they felt was why they had failures now 6 years later. I've attached the letter we had sent customer denying his claim. We are however looking at building them new trailers at a reduced rate because these trailers have passed their useful life and have also have several areas of impacts not making it worth repairing.
