Bulletin Summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a rattle noise near the driverâÂÂs and/or passengerâÂÂs head rests at the B-pillar area while driving on rough roads. This is caused by an interference between the rear end of the front door glass run-channel and the front end of rear sash molding. To eliminate this concern, the front end of the rear sash molding has been modified to reduce the contact friction with the front door glass run channel.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
