Telematics Box Module (TBM) Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) Software Updating from 4.29C to 4.36 Customers may experience one or more of the following: ? Uconnect Box requires service message at start up. ? Losing Wi-Fi Hotspot streaming connection: internet data is not reliable. ? User is unable to setup the Charge schedule/Climate schedule events in Uconnect App (TBM is sending failure message). ? LED blinking on overhead console after ignition cycle. These conditions do not affect the rear view camera display. This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The TBM software will be updated from 4.29c to 4.36. NOTE: The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin September 08, 2023.
